  It was an excellent experience: patient, understanding and courteous negotiation with non-technical customers; prompt and efficient booking in and booking out of a small neat office; careful attention to customer requests and clear reporting prior to action on variations or suggestions to work requested; timely and efficient servicing and invoicing; clean; and a reassuring impression of good teamwork among the staff.

  They seldom make a mistake but if they do, they own up to it straight away, apologise, and work out the best course of action. They do not pass the weight of the mistake on to the customer. I know this because they made a small mistake with my car once which ended up costing me my water hose six months down the line, but they looked at their records, realised they played a part in it, and helped me out. I'm still flawed by their honesty and ability to appropriately compensate me.

Their prices are so reasonable, their work is absolutely outstanding, they give you valuable advice, and they're with you every step of the way. They keep you updated on what's going on, what they find, what it will cost and if you want to go ahead, and so on. They're honest, hard-working, amazing people. My whole family goes here!
